This building provides state of the art facility comprising approximately 6644m2 of laboratories and offices. The university was a 6 storey building (in part and including roof top plant room) with multiple conditioning systems. Processed as a level 4 assessment and with over 100 zones, we worked closely with the M&E engineer to survey the property and deliver the certificate within the clients required timescales.
1 Gresham Street EC2V is a 6 storey central London office building which required an EPC due to undergoing refurbishment in order to satisfy building control. The building was split into 21 Zones and was a level 4 assessment due to the VRF air conditioning and mechanical ventilation within the building. The building was attended near completion of the works and the EPC report was returned promptly to the client.
River Park house is a 1970’s office building of approximately 10,500 square metres, with 41 zones over 11 floors. The building was fitted with gas boilers, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. Our assessors worked closely with the building managers to gain access to all areas whilst causing minimal disruption to staff working within the building. The level 4 EPC was required by the client in relation to a FiT (Feed in Tariff) application.
Lee Valley Technopark is a modern high profile building in London N17 providing good quality serviced offices and industrial units in a range of sizes. It spans approximately 8150m2 over 4 floors. The building, which was processed as a level 3 assessment, was requested on an urgent turnaround by Haringey council. We completed the assessment accordingly and returned the report within 2 working days.
